Some relationships do us good. They give us momentum, confidence, and joy. They allow us to be fully ourselves, without having to justify, constantly adapt or protect ourselves.

And then there are the others.

• The ones that wake up something in us, sometimes without even understanding why.
• The ones where, despite our best wishes, the same tensions, the same incomprehensions or the same frustrations seem to come back again and again.

And yet, something is resisting. As if a part of the relationship was escaping you. It’s precisely what we invite you to come explore in this discovery workshop.

In a relationship, there is what appears at first sight:

• What is said.
• What is done.
• What is repeated.
• What annoys, moves, brings closer or moves away.

A dimension that is not always seen, but that profoundly influences the way we connect, react, love, protection ourselves, give, receive or take our place. And it’s often there that the key is found. Because a relationship doesn’t transform itself only by changing a few words or behaviors.

Sometimes it is necessary

• to look at the other differently.
• To listen to what the relationship is trying to waken.
• To feel what is happening beyond the surface.
• To understand why some scenarios might seem repeating themselves.
• To come back to ourselves, with more clarity, presence and conscience.

During this workshop, we won’t look to determine who’s right or wrong. We will invite you to take :
