• 9 4-hours workshops, spread over 4 months (online or in-person)
• 2 bonus workshops (online or in-person)
• Support videos to reinforce anchorage, work the right posture and strengthen movements of Tai Chi Transformational© that support the work done during the workshops.
• Follow-up of the integration of the learnings between the workshops.
• Taking into account situations that are unique to you.
• Energetic support of each group member for a quicker realization of the objectives.
